4LARA is here to assist you and make your buying experience as pleasant and as smooth as possible. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns. If items are faulty or defective, please notify 4LARA within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please provide an image showing where the item is faulty or defective. 4LARA will only exchange faulty or damaged items for the same item at no extra cost.
Returns & Exchanges are accepted on new and unworn merchandise only. Cancellation and modification cannot be made once the order has been shipped. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receiving the order. All sale items are final.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with their tags attached. We will refund you once we have received the item. 4LARA does not refund shipping costs. If the item is an exchange, indicate which item you wish to receive. If there is a difference in price, 4LARA will refund the difference. 4LARA does not refund shipping costs. Customers must cover the new shipping costs.
